October is pumpkin carving season! It's time to share your best pumpkin carving tips and tricks!
Here are some great tips I have discovered:
> Don't cut the TOP to scoop out the seeds, cut out the bottom instead. This way the pumpkin keeps better structure, and doesn't cave in on itself, plus it lasts longer this way.
> Rub the cuts and inside with lemon after you are done carving. This helps preserve the pumpkin.
> Sprinkle cinnamon inside, especially at the top, after carving. This way, when the lit candle inside adds heat, it will smell like pumpkin pie!
